A Safe Space for Real Conversations

Hi, I'm Savannah!

Licensed in NY

I am an LCSW graduate of Marywood University and have been practicing social work since 2013, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in forensic counseling. My primary focus is trauma-informed care, and I have a strong passion for supporting clients impacted by trauma.

I am committed to creating a safe, empowering environment where clients can regain control over their past and move forward toward becoming the best version of themselves. My approach emphasizes motivational therapy and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel supported in their journey without fear of judgment.

I work with adults and couples, and I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a safe and inclusive space for therapy. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happy life takes courage, and I am here to support you throughout the process.

What We Do

We offer personalized mental health services like individual and couples therapy to support your growth and well-being.

We are a team of compassionate and skilled and diverse mental health professionals dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Guided by a deep understanding of the human experience, we believe that while struggles are a part of life, they do not define us. Through evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we empower our clients to build resilience, heal from past wounds, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We honor the uniqueness of each person and are committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone can grow, heal, and thrive.

Licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and Illinois, we proudly offer online mental health care to individuals in these states.

Why We Do It

We’re committed to breaking the silence on mental health and helping you build a healthier, happier life.

As clinicians, we bring a wealth of lived experiences shaped by our own journeys through culture, trauma, and life transitions. We are survivors who have faced adversity and emerged stronger, and it is this firsthand understanding that deeply informs our work. Our passion for healing is driven by the belief that transformation is possible for everyone, and we are wholeheartedly committed to helping others find the same strength, success, and fulfillment that we have discovered in our own lives. In our practice, we honor each person’s uniqueness, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing and growth are not just possible, they are inevitable.
