What We Do

We provide personalized mental health care, including one-on-one and couples therapy, to help support your personal growth and overall well-being.

Our team is made up of caring, experienced, and diverse mental health professionals who are here to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s ups and downs. We understand that everyone faces challenges, but those struggles don’t have to define who you are. Using proven therapy methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we help people build strength, recover from difficult experiences, and work toward a more meaningful and satisfying life. We value each person’s unique journey and aim to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful space where healing and growth can happen.

With licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, we are honored to offer virtual mental health care to residents of these states.

Why We Do It

We’re dedicated to ending the stigma around mental health and supporting you in creating a happier, healthier life.

As therapists, we bring a wide range of personal experiences shaped by our own backgrounds, challenges, and life changes. Many of us have overcome tough times and grown stronger because of them. This personal insight helps guide the way we support others. Our drive to help comes from a deep belief that anyone can grow and change, and we’re here to walk with you on that journey. We’ve found strength, healing, and purpose in our own lives—and we want to help you do the same. In our work, we respect what makes each person unique and create a welcoming, safe space where real healing and personal growth can happen.
