A Safe Space for Real Conversations
Hi, I'm Rachel!
Licensed in NY
If you're struggling with challenges like managing difficult emotions, navigating transitions, or finding effective ways to cope with trauma, I'm here to help. With years of experience in a variety of therapeutic roles, I have worked alongside individuals and families facing a wide range of struggles. Whether you’re dealing with the impacts of intimate partner violence, coping with grief, or working through mental health issues, I offer a compassionate, supportive environment to help you heal and grow.
I have facilitated CBT and DBT group therapy, helping individuals gain tools to manage intense emotions and change harmful thought patterns. I’ve also supported families through parenting groups and social-emotional learning (SEL) curricula, focusing on building stronger connections and resilience. If you’re struggling with motivation or setting challenging goals, I use motivational interviewing and skill-building techniques to help you break down barriers and move forward.
Empowering Growth After Grief
As a grief counselor for children in K-12 schools, I created a specialized curriculum to guide young people through loss. Additionally, my work as a mental health therapist has allowed me to support those in vulnerable situations, using a trauma-focused approach to promote healing.
In addition to my Master’s in Social Work and licensure, I have specialized training as a Certified Body Healing Coach, Reiki Master, and in mindfulness and meditation techniques. I also have experience helping families through Conscious Discipline and am a Certified Trauma Professional, ensuring I offer a holistic approach to your healing journey.
If you’re ready to take the next step in overcoming these struggles, I am here to walk alongside you, offering the tools and support you need to regain control, find peace, and heal.

What We Do
We offer customized mental health services, providing individual and couples therapy to help you nurture your emotional well-being and support your personal development.
Our team is composed of compassionate, experienced, and diverse professionals who are dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s difficult moments. We know that while facing challenges is a normal part of life, those experiences don’t have to determine your future. Through proven, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we help clients strengthen their resilience, heal from the past, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We value every person’s unique story and strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where growth and healing can truly thrive.
We are fully licensed to provide therapy in New York, Pennsylvania and Illinois.
Why We Do It
We are driven to break the stigma around mental health and to help you build a life that feels healthier, more fulfilling, and true to yourself.
Our team brings a rich variety of personal and professional experiences, shaped by the different cultures, hardships, and life transitions we've each faced. Many of us have gone through tough times ourselves, and that lived experience plays a big role in how we support and connect with those we work with. We firmly believe that healing, growth, and positive change are possible for everyone—and we are here to walk alongside you on that journey. Our own healing paths have led us to find strength and purpose, and we are passionate about helping others do the same. In our work, we honor what makes each person unique and are committed to creating a welcoming, safe space where healing and personal growth can thrive.
