A Safe Space for Real Conversations

Hi, I'm Kimberly!

Licensed in IL

With over 11 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have helped individuals navigate challenges such as addiction, career difficulties, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and spiritual growth. I hold specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), REACH, and coaching which enables me to provide tailored support for those struggling with these issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including caregivers, veterans, and families, giving me a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and needs that come with each group.

In our work together, we will address the obstacles you face in a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space, allowing you to share your thoughts and emotions freely. My goal is to help you build the confidence and motivation needed to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. By focusing on empowering you to become the healthiest and most authentic version of yourself, I will guide and support you through every step of your journey toward a more fulfilling and joyful life.

She is understanding and knows my issues and how to talk to me in a way that I will hear.

- Past Client

I had a big hill to climb on trust and she climbed that hill with me and we sat at the top working on everything. We are still working but I have faith one day we will walk down together.

- Past Client

Kimberly is definitely awesome at what she does. She listens and gives constructive criticism. She's open and it's easy to talk to her.

- Past Client

Kimberly has worked with me when I first started. 22yrs old dealing with things I want to overcome and she’s helped me listen to myself and others around me. She allows me to think and feel what I’m dealing with the most. I really appreciate her being open and correcting me when I’m wrong.

- Past Client

Kimberly Ramsay is really great. I have never gotten therapy before this and I was nervous to do so. But now I am not nervous at all and I am comfortable being honest with her because she will be honest with me.

- Past Client

Kim is fantastic, personable, and kind. I would recommend her to even my closest of friends.

- Past Client

Ms Ramsay is very punctual, kind, and organized. I didn't get to work with her long unfortunately due to personal reasons, but from what I did experience with her, she was lovely and helpful!

What We Do

We provide individualized mental health care, including therapy for both individuals and couples, focused on supporting your emotional health and helping you grow.

Our therapists are compassionate, skilled, and come from diverse backgrounds. We’re here to support you through life’s difficulties, whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or major transitions. We believe that challenges are a part of life, but they don’t have to define your future. By using effective, research-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we help you build strength, work through past pain, and move forward toward a life that feels more meaningful. We honor your personal journey and are committed to offering a supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free space where real healing and personal transformation can happen.

Our team holds licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois, offering compassionate online mental health care throughout these states.

Why We Do It

We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and we're here to support you in building a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned with who you are.

Our team brings together a rich mix of personal and professional experiences shaped by different cultures, life changes, and the obstacles we’ve overcome. Many of us know what it’s like to face tough times, and those experiences give us a deeper understanding of the healing process. We know that growth is possible, no matter where you start, and we’re here to walk alongside you as you take each step. The lessons we’ve learned through our own healing inspire us to help others find clarity, confidence, and hope. We welcome and respect every individual’s story and are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where your healing journey can truly begin.
